Uncle Cciuto's Guide to an Optimized Life
My dad gave me a fantastic piece of advice when I was younger;
“There are always going to be two types of problems in your life, ones which are in your hands, and others that simply aren’t.”
The Subtle Art of not Giving a Fuck by Mark Mason is a fantastic read, and one I believe everyone should flip through at least once in their life. However if you’re like me, and have the attention span of a gnat, the TL;DR is essentially you’ve only got so many fucks to give before you burn out, so you may as well use the ones you have wisely - relating closely to the quote from my father (he said it first).
Over the course of 2018, I’ll be throwing out a biweekly post highlighting aspects of life that really should be given a fuck, and a way to ensure that the fucks you give to the fuckable aspects are fucked wisely. With any luck, your fuckable fucks may just make your life a little less fucked.
The first post will be going up early January, in that time, should anyone have a fuck they’re not certain whether they should give or not, I implore you to slap a comment down below (can it be dieting? I really want it to be dieting).
