Great post! I like HIIT because you can get the same done in a fraction of the time.
You look great!

Have you ever tried deadfall sprints? It's where the treadmill is off. You get on and make the belt go yourself as hard as you can for 30 to 45 seconds. Then, walk around off the treadmill to recover for a minute to a minute and a half.
