Retro Sunday Music.steemCreated with Sketch.

So here are the video's I have been listening to. Why Retro Sunday Music? I could blame it on @mammasitta, like I did last Sunday, but the simple truth is that at the end of my really long post about my vote situation I closed with a song. And now I find I am still not back to 85% yet, so I started listening to some music on Youtube so I would not read, and that is making it hard because I do like to listen to music while I read sometimes.

Well enough of that time to get on with the music. Enough whining about my self imposed vote problems.
Two more Golden Earring tunes to start the retro days off. First Twilight Zone:

Okay, so why did I pick those songs and those videos? Like I said it all started with Golden Earring song Vanilla Queen on my previous post. From there I just followed and chased the music cat down the rabbit hole. I selected the next two Golden Earring songs, (I really liked and still like their music) after that it was a chase what was next on the right had side of You Tube choices. The link for when "A Lady Smiles" has a "Meatloaf" tune that I liked, then he had a link to "Bob Seger - Turn the Page", and so i just kept on chasing that Music Cat.

I hope you enjoy one or two of them.

Why power in the tags section, because I did not see it as an official tag, and Music is a Powerful thing, so I used it.

So, your rabbit hole took you down the road of the balladeers. I truly appreciate this musical style.
It's somewhat telling that starting with Gordon Lightfoot, it goes to the highwaymen, then to Johnny cash, the Marty Robins.
Did you enjoy it as much as I do?

It's all music I listened to as a kid. My Mother really liked Marty Robbins, Hee Haw, and country when it was country. I like very early Simon and Garfunkel and The Balladeers lig Gordon Lightfoot, Johnny Cash, Cat Stevens, Elton John, Jim Croce, Bread. The list of music just keeps going and going and going. I wonder how much the 20 something are going to remember about their music. I haven't listened to brand new music in several years. The most current Music I have heard is Katy Musgrove and her Merry-go-round song.
