My Life Book (flower challenge) # Part 1

Who started a challenge project.
This time its Flower Challenge #HHG10 , Hosting by @ainie.kashif
My choice for this challenge is Water Lily .
I like to share the information of water lily as per my country figure.
About Water Lily
Almost flower grows in land but water lily grows on water.
Its root in the soill, body in the water and the leaves are floating on water surface. Water lily is our national flower (in Bangladesh).
This flower is arted on our money coin.

Its scientific name is Nymphaea nouchali.
In Bangladesh there are so many ponds,Lakes,Haor-baor, Bill (connect with river), water lily grows there mostly. This flower open its leave at morning and closes at afternoon.
In the center of our Capital Dhaka there is a sculpture of Water lily with fountain.

Business condition of water lily
In Bangladesh the water lily are collected for commercial purpose too. They collect water lily from various lakes and gather in a market for sell. You will be surprised that this flower was not collect for entertainement that just buy and smell, water lily is selling as a food.

The business person sell water lily as vegetables. The body is used for cooking and make a curry. Some people do eat a soft part deep inside the the flower.

Wow...Wow...this is really that no one in the HHG group to be missed. Excellent snaps with full of great knowledge. @aaarif...Good job.. I never know water lillys have so much importance in other country...Here in my place too these flowers can be seen in ponds and all and may till few decades back it was like a home plant since ponds are an integral part of homes in some places..
And this post I may consider as the best as he is a new comer and the way he made this...

We went to Lake, pond, bath swim and collect water lily. may be you would be wonder to hear that little girls make temporary ornaments with water lily's long part of body.
