The blocktrades contest | SteemIt and GO

Scott and I wanted to, once again, step out of our comfort zone and enter a contest here on the blockchain. We were told about @anomadsoul's blocktrades contest by @dreemsteem of the Welcome Wagon, which we are recent graduates and acting members. We realize many people are going to be entering with their best posts, but we decided we would put one of our best posts in as well even though we are only a few months on the blockchain.

We are travelers both in the living world and the SteemIt world. As travelers in both worlds, we have a responsibility to encourage and enable others to get out of the box they have created for themselves and live life. Both Scott and I try to do this with our photos, videos, and posts to show what is out there and that if we can do it, so can they. Most often the posts we will put up on our blog are what Scott calls photo essays. A good example of this is our post from November 18 titled Where The Buffalo Roam - Tallgrass Prairie Preserve Near Pawhuska, Oklahoma, in Osage County.

As for the SteemIt World we try to interact with as many people as possible, this interaction is why we came to this platform. Facebook and YouTube were not getting us much interaction at all and we were about ready to quit it all together; however, after we found SteemIt, everything changed for us. We are now trying to stay interactive with each person who comments on our posts and we try to visit as many new introduceyourself post as RC allows. We do this because we are part of a community and that is why we are still here and will stay here for the long haul.
