@blocktrades is not coporating with upvote sellers they only given His power at cheaper rates to @pushup and @buildawhale. may be @blocktrades has personally friendship with them.
I have tried to explained the concern with @blocktrades that i am unable to provide upvote service in this situation where Steem Market is going too much down ,But @blocktrades simply rejecting to give a discount on current power holders.

Our rates for delegations are determined by the market and are
non-negotiable. I can guarantee that we do not give special rates to any
of our customers.
Also, the 20% discount was in regards to a 30-day delegation. We
strictly sell 90-day delegations now, and yes the discount is closer to
7% for those.

How much will you pay for 100 steem delegation per week/day. Just asking this to take a big decision of investing in steem now. I will be delegating atleast 100 steem if decided to purchase.
It's a free market. You can buy or not. Where is the problem here?
