Would it be possible these posts be upvoted on the third or fourth day so the posts do not clutter up the trending page? I'd really hate to see someone get downvoted for doing a job.

Excellent. A progress report with included links to these posts published weekly would most likely be suitable trending page material to help get eyes on the project. More might become interested in helping if they see all the money handed out in one place, rather than scattered around here and there. Something to think about.

I was lucky this went so well. Normally constructive criticism turns out ugly. I respect this project but at the same time I think we can both agree, some of the posts seem to be a bit out of place on the trending page. I realize Blocktrades has a powerful vote but at the same time, I've been pushing hard to gather organic support and so far that $40 mark seems like the new wall I'll have to chip away at, and at the same time these folks contributing to this project also deserve their payday. Finding this balance where deserving projects don't interfere with content producers climbing the ranks will always be difficult, but not impossible. I'm one who wants the doors of opportunity to be left wide open for actual popular content to flow through easily to the top. This content ranking system is so touchy and trending means 'popular'. Hopefully someday we'll get to see a huge variety on the front page, something for everyone, because everyone put it there! Dreaming? Perhaps...
