London, King Charles Street, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, 70 years since Da Yuejin

Song Huayi reflected bemusedly about the seeming cyclic nature of history. Perhaps, Karl Marx was wrong in his premise regarding progress of human fallacies towards some objective economic utopia. If anything, history is bound by the Hindu concept of Karmic cycle, as will be illustrated today. Such musings, if discovered by the people’s commissar, would result in his immediate recall from Britain to be fed to the meat-grinder of General Secretary of the People’s Party, President of the People’s Republic, Chairman of the Central Military Commission Xi Jinping’s on-going anti-corruption campaign. Though Song suspected General Secretary Xi to be of a more nuanced mind, a la Chairman Xixian, one could never be too careful with the over-zealous people’s commissars. After all, Secretary Xi’s secret police must make itself relevant, despite having served its purpose with the complete purging of the Shanghai clique; otherwise, the people’s commissar itself may succumb to a counter-corruption campaign.

It would seem that Heaven shines his favor brightly upon the General Secretary. Barely 2 years into his controversial second term, the Toad graciously passed on to his ancestors, leaving Secretary Xi in total control of the Party. With the nucleus of a potential coup safely buried in some unmarked grave, Secretary Xi firmly consolidated his position by rapid acceleration of the anti-corruption campaign with permeant establishment of the people’s commissars as his instrument. With stability came the Golden Era, not exactly in the way the decadent and gutless West imagined, but precisely the way the CCP envisioned.

The mercantile West, having essentially transformed itself into a banking conglomerate, rather than a nation-state, greedily and rapidly adopted the newest of the technical baubles: the blockchain. It is quite the shame that these fools never recognized the potential of blockchain beyond mere pecuniary purposes. The Southern Barbarians’ addiction to money and confidence in technology were their downfall. Any technical bauble can be exploited and the tricks of financial manipulation were invented in the East, long before these Southern Barbarians ventured beyond their coastlines. The mere possibility of Zhung Gua establishing the world’s first blockchain commercial network scrambled the Western governments to integrate blockchain into their economy. They were the first to integrate blockchain as payment and investment vehicle for virtually all of their activities. Of course, being the disorganized rabble that they are, the peculiar flaw of representative governments (whatever that means), the West merely pasted their existing infrastructure onto the blockchain network, with glaring key-logs, or rather key nodes, presenting vulnerabilities in the system.

The Tron main net was never intended to be used as a payment, or commercial, system. It was the ultimate censorship tool that replaced the so-called Great Firewall of China. That the Western entertainment industry had to transform virtually all their medium to be compatible with Tron, thereby grossing the CCP the lion’s share of their profits, was mere added bonus. The calculated dumping of bitcoin, amassed for a decade from secret mining operations, at the height of speculative ebullience causing massive collapse in “value” of the bauble, coupled with coordinated crashing of all Western blockchain exchanges, were enough to destabilize the already brittle Western social matrix. The West were helpless to prevent the massive capital flight into Binance, Huobi, UpBit, and other Eastern exchanges. Once enough capital entered into these exchanges, the CCP merely pressured its neighbors to freeze accounts for 24-hours, while confiscating assets of all foreign “money laundering operations.” The regional users were compensated adequately for time lost, which helped stabilize what could have been a major social unrest. That the Southern Barbarians could not recover the trillions of assets lost by their subjects led to the collapse of governments and fragmentation of nations.

The General Secretary was prophetic in his declaration that the spineless West had no political will to retaliate. After all, these are the fools whose intellectual institutions were allowed to be infiltrated first by the Soviets, then by the CCP, producing jumble of nonsense that distorted their thinking. These are the clowns who designed their political infrastructure to be easily infiltrated and manipulated with enough money. Whether by incompetence or naiveté, these are the fools who imported massive numbers of culturally incompatible Muslims without any plan of integration; if only we could export the Uyghur and Tibetan trash to the West, since they seem intent on erasing their own culture. Hmm, maybe an immigration clause can be added to the negotiation. Even their religious institution knelt before the General Secretary, accepting all his demands, like an emasculated eunuch (weren’t their priests eunuchs?) receiving little but empty promises in return. Truly, these are a sad people. That the Qing, somehow, was colonized by these empty shell of humans is a testament for the necessity of Da Yuejin.

It’s almost time to add Abonmoss, these barbaric names! Avonmouth to the roll of CCP outer territories. Maybe in a hundred years, the CCP will return this port to the natives, provided that the port remain in a “two-state” system, ha ha! What delicious irony! Maybe we ought to acquire HSBC to service proceeds from fentanyl sales too! Whatever the future holds, no one will deny that today begins the Golden Era of Xi.

Sort:

A dystopian vision of one possible course of the imminent collapse of western economic hegemony. Perhaps even the most likely of the scenarios potential. China has been acquiring all the gold it can find for the last decade, and may be behind the massive rise in BTC as well. Such covert holdings do indeed enable them to impact the price catastrophically at will, and the terminal floundering of western fiat currencies does portend their transition to a digital fiat.

Let's hope the CCCP is unable to dominate SDRs in the real world, although it's prominence in global financial markets lends to it vast power to control that currency as well. Further, those psychopaths and sycophants that possess the majority of SDR equity are certainly no better than their Chinese ilk.

Thanks!

Yes, hopefully the West will awaken to the potential threat to their existence as a socio-cultural entity. Already, the CCP has acquired Piraeus from Athens. Will the West prostitute all their heritage and culture for few baubles and pittance of money, which the CCP use as a weapon of ideologic war? The West needs to reject the Marxist distraction of "multiculturalism" and regain their cultural, religious, and social heritage. The West needs to realize that there is objective reference frame for socio-cultural superiority in relation to political and environmental circumstances. In the central desert of Australia, the Aboriginal socio-cultural matrix is far superior to that of the European in surviving the harsh climes; conversely, in today's information and mercantile age, 19th century liberal cultural matrix is clearly superior to Confucian rigidity, Islamic theocracy, or Marxist lunacy. In regard to man's relation to his environment, one could argue that American natives' perspective is highly superior to current Western socio-cultural dogma; although Christian theology properly understood, would highly discourage such misuse of the gifts from his creator, in line with some of the perspectives of the American natives.

Your answer makes me sad.

There isn't a single damn thing in it I can disagree with!

XD

I did hesitate at the word 'superior', but in context it is appropriate. I do not consider myself racist, nationalist, or any such tripe, but I do see that each and every culture has great value--value which dissipates and is lost forever when cultures are subsumed in meta-culture dripping with 'diversity'.

It is when cultures are enmisced that they are destroyed, not celebrated; eradicated rather than perpetuated. I may not seek to live in a Confucian society, but I can deeply appreciate the nuances and special attributes of such culture.

"The West needs to reject the Marxist distraction of "multiculturalism" and regain their cultural, religious, and social heritage."

This is something the Alt-right endeavored to do, until it devolved into mere racist nationalism.

I will miss the West, when it is gone. While crass, vulgar, and illimitably stupid, it was also bold, beautiful, and irrepressible.

Thanks!

It is quite the illustration in the degeneration of Western socio-cultural norm, when values held by the West barely 30-years prior are labeled "Alt-right" or "extremist." There always have been and will be racist sentiments and blind nationalism, but the current media narrative attempting to. implicate such tendencies only to the so-called "Alt-right" seems to indicate the ultimate triumph of Marxist-Leftist infiltration of Western intellectual institutions.

Though the current US political media focuses on figures, such as Richard Spencer as a race-baiting rabble-rouser to characterize the Right, objective analysis of the current social polarization has equal, if not more, numbers of race-hucksters on the Left/Antifa, in the form of Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, et al. In the UK, the UKIP was vilified as "xenophobic" and "racist" to silence their rational objection to unmitigated migrant flood that would have collapsed the UK society as a whole, loss of British sovereignty to the EU kleptocracy, and the mad incompetence of both Tori and Labor policies. That only the anti-Marxist movements are characterized as "racist" is the height of media hypocrisy, when the very basis of "multiculturalism" drivel is conceptualizing "ethnic" groups as cosmetic window-dressing for decadent sensibilities of the Marxist intellectual class.

The Marxist West is the exact parallel of the empty Bonapartist France, complete with a squad or two of Mamluk guards to please the scatter-brained eyes of the would be emperors. The Vatican is nothing more than an barren tourist attraction for curious foreigners, open 7-5 Beijing standard time. In truth, the USSR ultimately won the Cold War, as the International Marxist Revolution is bearing fruition. Even in the wildest dreams of Marxist internationalists could they have imagined that the West intellectual consensus becoming Marxist, Christianity devolved into a curious relic of a foreign past (since Europe will be populated by Muslims looking towards Mecca), West paralyzed by class and racial divisions and conflicts, and Western educational institutions mass producing ill-educated, over-emotional, unemployable wastes of human meat.

Far better were the days, when the Western identity were firmly grasped and celebrated by those inheritors of their illustrious past. No society is perfect, but given the choice between Marxist diminution of humanity into drug-addled drones verses the British ruling their Empire with their proud heads held high, I'd prefer the latter. For the Marxist race-hucksters, it is the singular perversity of their nature that they'd prefer an abject misrule and misery by their own race over a well-governed society by a foreign power.

I agree with the entirely of your remarks here. I'd only add that Marxism itself is but the product of a venal rentier class (and but a diabolical subset of them) that has long mastered crafting public opinions. Marx's writings serve as but a catalyst for the achievement of their aims, which his thesis and claims conveniently enable.

The onset of the Soviet Union was no peasant uprising, but was funded and wrested from organic anarchists by some of the most capitalist of western industrialists, like Ford, Rockefeller, and various interests linked to financial hegemony. Bolshevism and the genocide that followed was no accident of history, rather a mechanism to prevent such accidents.

It is with an eldritch sense of cognitive dissonance that I recognize various features of the soviet system today in America, enemedia puppeting of propaganda most prominent amongst them. I actually feel like I am drifting ever deeper into a kind of dystopian nightmare, rather than living in the real world.

This recent development that concerns me most deeply, Trump's statements regarding seizing firearms first, and worrying about due process later, is the line in the sand. That relict core of western reactionary nationalism and 'murican freedom' isn't capable of grasping the depth and breadth of Machiavellian competence deployed against them.

I have in the past month become very alarmed at the prospect of civil war in the USA. Nothing might worse destroy that economic and social strength that lingers in the heartland of our fathers, and transform it, and the prospects of our posterity--mine sadly included--into openly herded and wholly owned peasants, serfs, or outright slaves.

From demonizing white pride, to weaponizing BLM, from promoting the drivel that runs down the chins of the autists certain and sure that disarming themselves will make them safer from violent criminals, through the innate reticence of folk to embroil themselves in pointless discussion with noxious cretins, to the deliberate inflaming of passionate need to transform society engendered by false flag inflammatory assaults on children and concert-goers, and the subtle coordination of disparate limbs of the shambling elder horror that is the global propaganda industry concealing the western creation of al Qaeda and it's current offspring from Boko Haram in the Niger Delta to the Uyghers in China, the push to the final solution of civil war in America seems to be penultimate at present.

I reckon the ascension of Xi Jinping to God Emperor for Life in China reflects the readiness of the global cabal of satraps that seek to implement dire war and tyranny across that blessed bastion and refugium from it through the 20th Century. Generations of Americans have some innate sense that America is immune from the savagery they see their empire inflict on every continent. When that illusion is shattered, they'll be left without purpose, compass, or organic capacity to develop rational policy and effective organizations to oppose it, utterly ripe for the picking by the institutions that have deliberately and comprehensively developed mechanisms and profitable uses for them.

I won't long survive such a conflict, myself. Not that I have any particular interest in enduring such cataclysm unfolding.

I hope folks less incapable of yielding their voice to neofascist technocrats are able to, long enough to enable technology to render institutional control and enslavement of the world obsolete. I hope you are young yet, and have the fortitude to outlast the putsch unfolding. You are certainly intelligent enough to undertake dissembling as necessary, and your writing shows you capable of crafting even masterful paeans to statism and rigid social control apparently in the offing globally.

You should check out @cupidzero's posts, as he discusses the merits of a free society.

Doing so now.

Thanks!

Perhaps, Karl Marx was wrong in his premise regarding progress of human fallacies towards some objective economic utopia.

Sometimes people call Marxism a pseudoscience for this and related reasons. I tend to think that's not the case. Hegel, yes. Marx, no. Jung, yes. Freud, no. The former were very dogmatic and quasi-religious in their positions, whereas the latter approached the matter scientifically.

It almost seems to me like common sense to say that there's going to be progress. Humans, above all, get bored easily. They never stay in the same place. I could never envision a religious utopia where a dogma was accepted and people just lived with their faith on, and on, and on... Eventually they'd rid themselves of it just for the fun of it. Humans are, I think, addicted to progress, though you won't hear such a thing being said of them. And Steven Pinker's books do seem to show that we've been steadily progressing in a number of important areas. And he's a capitalist. (Unlike most of academia, who are at least liberal, if not outright Marxist.)

Your post makes me wonder if we'll ever have a mainstream dystopian crypto movie! :P

Actually, people term psychology, as well as Marxist historical prophecies, pseudoscience because their claims can not be falsifiable. They may be philosophical premises, or secular belief system, but true science they are not. Historical analysis has no capacity for predictive method, and any outcome contrary to expected prophecies can be flippantly rationalized by introduction of additional variables and differences. Psychobabble mumbo jumbo works exactly the same way, in which any outcome can be retroactively rationalized. Unlike mathematics, historical predictions and psychobabble does not even possess consistent internal logic to refute errors. Behavioral predictions by a psychologist/psychiatrist has no more accuracy than precognitions by a psychic.

It almost seems to me like common sense to say that there's going to be progress.

Are you reviving the defunct Macaulay assumptions? "We rely on the natural tendency of the human intellect to truth, and of the natural tendency of society to improvement," wrote Baron Macaulay in 1839 AD. Then came the 20th century fright fest that irrefutably demonstrated all the unimaginable horrors and infinite evil that resides in the hearts of men. Having lived through the 20th century, humanity can no longer read Macaulay and accept his deluded conclusions. In a sense, the scientific intellectuals have become Neo-Macaulay progress evangelists. The term scientific progress assumes that there is some state of existence upon which all knowledge will be revealed, when in actuality, fragmentation of philosophy into our current hyper-specialized corners of various academic divisions make it nearly impossible to appreciate the whole picture. Can men, with his pitiful information processing capacity, appreciate the universe in totality without becoming mad?

Scientific understanding and technological innovation merely changes, or shifts, our perceptions and perspectives regarding our relation to the universe. Whether such changes are a net benefit or hazard are difficult to determine, and ultimately useless, since once perceptual shift is actualized, man can not return to his previous state. One could argue that morally, the vast technical baubles that accompany our lives have accomplished little to progress man's moral being; in fact, one could make an effective argument that man lives in a state of moral degeneration in the modern world of increasing scientific knowledge and technical proficiency.

Behavioral predictions by a psychologist/psychiatrist has no more accuracy than precognitions by a psychic.

With this I would disagree. I would call it nihilistic, because you give the value of zero to psychology and history etc. and equate these fields to human ventures that are clearly frauds.

Often fields take a long time to mature. Psychology is such. It's merely a difficult field, not an impossible or pseudoscientific one. Math is easy by comparison. Math often doesn't even relate to the real world, whereas psychology can offer tangible help.

Daniel Kahneman's work is a go-to example for me whenever someone says that psychology or economics etc. cannot be scientific. I consider research such as this as definitely falsifiable.

Are they like the hard sciences? Definitely not. Not yet. But that's why we have the term 'soft sciences'. I definitely don't see it as an either/or (either 100% scientific or 100% not), I think there are gradations.

Regarding progress, I don't have a solid scientific argument for progress I guess. But I think that since truth is the thing that can be of most use in helping us survive, anything that doesn't tend toward it will sooner or later perish. I think Marxist and other 'idealist' intuitions rely on some similar thought process. Now that we have the tools of evolutionary biology perhaps we can make more sense out of these intuitions: humans, like nature, constantly experiment, and keep only what works. Psychics cannot survive for long. Everyone will become a psychic and there will be no way of distinguishing right from wrong predictions. Someone who builds a house that will fall on his head will not survive for long. So fields that are scientific will tend to be preserved and the others will perish. I assume a Marxist sees a capitalist economy as self-destructive. Well, I don't assume, that's how they see it! It therefore follows, according to them, that the future will belong to the communists.

current hyper-specialized corners of various academic divisions make it nearly impossible to appreciate the whole picture

We will install chips in our brains that will expand our memory and make that possible! There is definitely nothing in principle against that happening.

Perhaps the "soft" sciences need a new term to categorize their field. There is intuitive, nonlogical component that is not quite amenable to scientific method, but nontheless rely upon data and statistics. Psychology attempts to characterize itself as "hard" science with statistics, neurochemistry, and neural scans, but psychology will never be neurology. It is akin to metaphysics of philosophy attempting to characterize itself interms of scientific physics equations and so forth. I think the current tendency to characterize these "soft" fields as something that it is not, and perhaps never can be, seems fraudulent.

If computers chips in the human brain replacea the man's capacity for thought and observation, can man still be called man, or has he become a cog?

I view technology merging with grey matter as simply another step in our continuing evolution. But it will be an important one. And I think that when that is done, Homo sapiens will no longer be an accurate label. The first "implant" (or whatever it might be) won't change much, but it will likely cause a revolution similar to what happened with computers, so progress will be fast.

This very scenario was a mid-game event in Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri. In game the progression was Neural Grafting, then Mind Machine Interface, the Homo Superior. The converse consequence to superior human was inferior human in form of the Gene Jack, whose cerbeum is atrophied, pain sensors deadened, skeletal musculature enhanced. When man can be improved, then surely, he can also be devolved as well? Is it tyranny to produce epsilon morons, ie Gene Jacks? How can you tyrannise those whom do not feel pain or desire freedom?

I'd say there will be no need for Gene Jacks since we'll have robots doing all that, probably in the form of nanobots instead of the anthropomorphic ones movies and sf novels accustomed us to.

Any idea btw who first came up with the term Homo superior? I think the oldest reference I know of is a David Bowie song.

Well okay I googled it. Apparently it's from a short sf story, but now I'm wondering who popularized it, and whether indeed it could be David Bowie.

I had no idea David Bowie had a song about Homo superior, but he has always been a trend setter. It is an accurate description of man-machine melding, as the entity would be superior to unmodified humans. They will be a permanent ruling class - an objective aristocracy as they indeed are objectively superior.

If Gene Jacks cost less to produce and maintain, then our masters will prefer Gene Jacks to robots. It is all about trade-offs. One reason for mechanical workers replacing humans in certain occupation is due to cost/wage increase by government policies of child labor laws and minimum wage policies. Men, even Gene Jacked men, can perform more versatile functions, while robots tend to have extremely specified, hence limited, scope of operation.
