RE: Blockchain & Quantum Computing MeetUp: Details Within. Blockchain Hub.
One of the interesting things about quantum mechanics is that our implied concept of distance is somehow wrong. How does one go from a true state to false? What is the distance between them? With light as photons, distance can be measured and there is no probabilistic partial outcome without observation.
How does an electron suddenly jump from one orbit to another with no in between? A change in energy results in a suddenly different position as if there is no smaller division that can be handled. At some point, for existence to exist, it must go from zero to one without an in between.
