Do you think the data stored is secure enough? Because the more I learn about BlockChain and its growing projects all around I fear that if there is a security breach it will take down the whole BlockChain all together.

I am interested seeing the technology deployed for addressing the needs of a World Citizens Income. A dividend paid to all as their fair share of the planet's wealth, rather than some form of handout. I checked out Circles that was mentioned in the video but I don't find much on their site about it. Does any one know of others working to develop the technology for achieving this? It is often referred to as Universal Basic Income.
