A warning on Christoph Hering and Payger.com. He is an ICO-scammer https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=25845.msg318760#msg318760 .

Don't give Christoph Hering any money! Everybody who gets lured into Payger should inform himself about Blockpay and the fraud he committed together with Ken Code (criminal with search warrant, now active with Palmpay and Stealth scam).
