INTRODUCTON
Data can be defined as a set of values of qualitative or quantitative variables. It can be seen as facts and statistics collected together for reference or analysis.
Digital data are needed in vast amount for daily calculations but the data economy is filled with irregularities and non authentic. This is due to the fact the suppliers of data are not properly leaded. There is no revenue for distribution of data from both producers and supplier.
A Giant (QUADRANT PROTOCOL) has taken up the challenge to remedy the discrepancies surrounding the data economy.
