You're an offender driving your own car except government grants you authority to do so (Licence and particulars).
You're a thief and criminal if you make money in your business and don't give some percentage to government (Taxes).
You're not dead except government says you are dead (Death Certificate).
Employees can be empowered by having more autonomy to make their own decisions and utilize practically the knowledge and experience they have acquired over time.
A decentralized organization is able to make decisions and grow swiftly than a centralized structure.
There could be a situation where the business owner might be away for some period of time and as such, a controlled system of management prior to the absence of the business owner, might lead to a poor maintenance culture from his/her employees.
A decentralized structure provides an avenue to put ideas and good thought into pragmatic use. Thus, establishing an effective and efficient organization in the long run.
In summary, Most Government of many nations have been in control of the major aspects of our lives.
Blockchain could be made a really big part of our daily lives and could be integrated in proffering solutions to major problems of global concern.

Hehehe....Astonishingly, the fellow is yet to fully comprehend the block chain and it's immense benefits in the global economy if adequately utilized.
Furthermore, Government are basically jealous of the fact that blockchain technology is the real solution to most problems which have posed a serious bottleneck to them.

You've said it all bro. People aren't afraid the blockchain first and foremost. They are afraid of change. How can we be afraid of something we don't understand yet. I believe we should try and educate those around us first on its benefits . People will come around over time.
