Dubai planning to conduct half of it's federal level of bank transaction using blockchain by 2021.
Most of us who have been closely following emerging blockchain technology know the fact that Dubai has already announced its intention to become first ever city adopting blockchain and cryptocurrency. Since then Dubai has become another hub for blockchain and cryptocurrency community and there are already several blockchain projects developed/being developed mainly focused on Arab.
And here's another exciting news/update coming from Dubai, according to RT(Russia Today):
The ruler of the Emirate has pledged that half of all bank transactions in the country will be conducted using block-chain technology by 2021. Earlier this month, crypto-gurus visited a cryptocurrency forum in Dubai to discuss the future of the technology. RT's own Miguel Francis Santiago visited the event.
