MOZO: A SOLUTION SUPERIOR TO ANY POINTS BASED REWARDS SYSTEM
What else can the global retail industry wish for than Mozo. Mozo aims to create a world where customers are rewarded for discovering products and services at retail stores through the Mozo token, a liquid, transferable and exchangeable cryptocurrency. Mozo will offer a solution that can never be outdated, a solution far more superior to any existing points based rewards program. According to Bond loyalty report 2017 “ more than half of points based loyalty programs participants 58% do not know their point balance and over one in every three are unaware of the value of their points”. Some retailers believe rewards programs are not effective and decided to opt for expensive forms of advertising in print ads, TV and Radio broadcast which is more expensive. WORKING MECHANISMS OF THE MOZO APP
To enable an efficient and effective communication network between the two main users (consumer and retailer) of the Mozo platform. Mozo created two app
- The Consumer App: The consumer apps use Mozo beacon mechanism allowing the customers to detect signal from retail outlets. But when customer is at home away from mall or retail outlets, customers App can be switched to online mode. This online mode is similar to mechanisms of popular e-commerce brands that allow it’s customers to access their favorite stores inventory from a remote location.
- Retail App: Mozo retail App can either be utilized by a retailer or a salesperson for a retail outlet. Through Mozo beacon system the retailer or salesperson can detect loyal customers, the customer’s buying pattern, and some physical features height, shoe size etc. and engaged, enabling the retailer to smartly engage with consumers.
MOZO BLOCKCHAIN: POWERED BY ETHERUM AND SOLO
Initially, transactions on Mozo will be on etherum blockchain it will then transferred to project Mozo’s proprietary technology called Solo. Solo is a new DAG type of blockchain network that is designed to support peer to peer transactions on Mozo. Transactions on Mozo network are initiated by the sending user and can only be approved by the destination user only representing the perfect definition of a peer to peer network without intermediaries.
The Solo blockchain network is designed to support regional areas e.g. a city, town or country. With the use of global etherum network Solo can expand geographically by connecting different regions together through etherum blockchain network.ERC-20 and ERC-23 tokens like Mozo are fully supported on the Mozo blockchain network.
THE MOZO TOKEN
Just like most ecosystem or platform built on the blockchain, the underlying technology behind cryptocurrencies. Mozo has its own cryptocurrency called “Mozo token”. Mozo token will be the utility token of the Mozo platform. Consumers can earn, buy and redeem Mozo tokens by walking into a physical store.

Total supply – 5,000,000,000 Mozo token.
25% of the total supply (1,250,000,000 Mozo token) is allocated to token sale (The token sale is in two tranches) Mozo willbe sold at $0.09 in the first tranch and $0.12 in the second tranch.
50% of the total supply (2,500,000,000) will be allocated to the Mozo treasury for initial rewards by airdrops for consumers that down the app, for merchants and mall acquisition and many more
25% of the total supply (1,250,000,000) will be allocated to the Mozo foundation. Foundation includes the founders, existing technical staffs, and subsequent staff that will be hired to build Mozo 3.0,4.0 and so on.
