Global REIT is a company that aims for true diversification on real estate portfolios by allowing users to make continuous investments into different types of assets. It’s also the place where every transaction will be validated in the real world with the backup of AMM and the CSM. This is the module that will harbor all the logical process required to keep the platform running, and it will also be I charge to execute every command offered by every single participant making a deal inside the ecosystem.

The Compliance and Security Module

This is the module that will grant security features on par with military grade technology so investors and asset owners can make their deals with no worries about data theft. The verification points for each transaction while extensive are meant to provide the type of security that is expected to avoid frauds of any kind.

It seems very ambitious and good project.. Global REIT... come up with a long-lasting solution that could cushion investors from real estate investment risks. The platform functions as a trust corporation that would claim ownership or provide finances to business entities and can be either publicly or privately owned.

You have not been there for a long time, so there were no great projects. I got acquainted with Global REIT. I can tell with confidence that this project is worthy of wide attention. First of all, it is very attractive in the real estate investment pool.

The development team had many interesting ideas and all their ideas they paid in this wonderful project. He has a couple of excellent features that distinguish him among a multitude of other investment projects that are related to real estate.

Global REIT company's plan will be effective for cryptos platform. Their security module, transaction module, asset management module is quite better than others company. Investors have a much interest to invest here as they will get huge profit.

Okay just took a look at their website. When I was reading your post I was wondering how long this could take to actually get a piece of land.
Their road map indicates four asset acquisitions in 2018 alone - three in UAE and one in UK. Assest are basically a couple of hotels, a residential building and a shopping mall.
I have to admit that this is first of it's kind blockchain tech that I have come across. I still have to read some technicalities for it but this could be a major deal.
What has me a little worried is the KYC procedure. Not really sure how much they need. I mean if I am willing to go through with it but what about the next guy? People are generally more cautious with personal info being taken - but then again this could also provide much needed legitimacy to a new startup.
I would have to look at it in more detail but I am already leaning towards taking a risk with a small amount of Pre ICO offerings.

I see the Global REIT as a constructive innovation for investors, real estate and property owners. I’ll love to know more so surely I’ll reasearch. Thank you for sharing

This is a great step to improve the current centralized holding of securities. The technology exists that we do not need to have a signal point of failure for who owns what.
