RE: Blockchain and segwit

Move all your funds to a wallet where you control the private key, in the case of a chain split you will be able to choose which chain you want your coins in.
examples of a wallet where you control the private key: Paper wallet, Trezor, Nano S
You can generate your own paper wallet at : https://bitcoinpaperwallet.com. before doing so watch a few tutorials on youtube, make sure you do it right and your funds are safe. Good luck.

You will have the funds on BOTH chains if you control the private key. This is EXACTLY what happened last year in Ethereum THUS Ethereum Classic ;)
