UZOMA – THE DECENTRALIZED BLOCKCHAIN-BASED TOURISM ECOSYSTEM IN BALI.
For the past decade, a lot of projects have been trying to use the blockchain technology as a tool to revolutionize the world and make it a much more comfortable habitat for the human race. The technology is gradually being accepted by a lot of people to the extent that they have been using it in their day to day transactions. The development of social media and online applications have made it very easy for travelers to book their own hotels ahead of time through the online travel agencies. But there are a lot challenges associated with transactions with these online agencies. There are a lot of payment difficulties, especially if it the transaction is being made internationally. These online travel agencies charge higher fees whenever they facilitate a transaction between hotels and clients.
This is why Uzoma has come to Bali. Uzoma is a decentralized blockchain based hotel voucher ecosystem with the aim of revolutionizing the tourism industry in Bali. In order to break the monopoly by these online travel agencies, Umoza is going to create a platform where users would be able to store their money in their personal wallet and transfer it directly into the accounts of the service provider without necessarily passing through any middleman. Uzoma is envisioned to create a decentralized tourism ecosystem where there is cordial and healthy relationship between tourism service providers and their customers to provide better services at a reduced cost for the people in Bali
Users on the Uzoma platform are going to enjoy a lot of benefits including a more convenient and faster payments services, transactions that are being confirmed and completed faster as well as lower service charges. The use of the blockchain encryption technology makes the platform proactive and less risky. We give our customers up to a 25 percent discount on our tour packages.
The Uzoma ecosystem has a very competitive advantage, in that, it has a large client base and hotels giving it a very strong community support. The platform does not charge its users for servers, neither does it take any fees for miners, platform owners and probably for converting into fiat currencies. This ensures that there are the lowest transaction fees on the platform. Through the market marker smart contract, our financial infrastructure and internal currency, there is going to be reduced volatility and increased liquidity of our products. Hotels and rooms reviews are going to be honest and would be done by real travelers with a transparent rating system. We are also going to introduce and ensure rapid spread of non-staff hotel concepts in order to cut down hotel costs.
The Uzoma ecosystem is going to grow faster due to the large target audience, its marketability, provision of solutions to a wide range of problems, larger number of potential partners and how vibrant its community is going to be.
TOKENOMICS
The Uzoma Token (UMA) is a ERC20 compatibility token which is going to be the official token in the Uzoma ecosystem. A total of 200 billion tokens are going to be supplied out of which 100 billion are going to be available for the token sale at a price of 1 ETH = 3.000.000 UMA. The softcap is pegged at 10,500 ETH with a hardcap of 21,000 ETH.
