My last article I introduced smart container (Click Here to Read It) and some of my readers requested me to do an ICO review on smart container to weigh in my opinion about investing in smart container.

Well for this article I will doing justices to that, I will be doing an ICO review on Smart Container and like you already know, I always have four keys things I normally check in any ICO I have reviewed in the past and once any ICO fulfills that four key things then I will have it as good for my investment, the four things includes; the product, the team, the road and the token metrics (very important). Let's start with the review proper.

The Product

For the product, I am checking if the company have already build something that is in use or something that is ready for testing, I don't consider projects that still have all their ideas on the white paper, Well Smart Container meet the condition, Smart Container already have a working products through its two brand company called SKYCELL and FOOD GUARDIANS. Through SKYCELL and FOOD GUARDIANS Smart Container have built a container that can be used to transport medicine and fresh food all around the globe and it is available for rent for anyone that want to use these containers, the containers are fortified with a cutting edge IoT sensor and blockchain technology that will maintain, monitor and manage these container autonomously.

The Team

What more can I say about a team that have been in business for over 5 years and have become the no. 4 player in the global pharmaceutical transport B2B market, this means giving them all the support they need during the ICO will even make them to achieve more and becoming the no. 1 player in the market in few years to come because as the saying goes "He who achieves a lot with little will achieve might with enough". I am rating this team high based on the number of years they have been in this industry and the experience they have gathered so far.

Road Map

Smart Container road map shows what the team have achieved during the last five years and what is planned to be achieve this currently year and years to come, and looking at the road map will tell that they have finished building the platform and what they are focusing now is to scale the platform to add more features and have more partnerships.

The Token-Metrics (Token Allocation)

Smart Container having two branded companies is offering two tokens namely SMARC and LOGI

SMARC Token Structure

• Total Token Supply: $150 M
• Total Number Of tokens To be Sold: $120 M (80%)
• Total Number Of tokens for other activities: 20% (To cover the ICO costs and align the interests of the Smart Containers Management)
• Hard Cap: $36 M

LOGI Token Structure

• Total Token Supply: 100millon tokens
• Total Number Of tokens To be Sold: 20%
• Total Number of tokens reserved for LOGI CHAIN Foundation: 50 %( to fuel the system as more participants enter the market)
• Total Number of tokens for Smart Containers Group: 25 %( to provide the foundation capital)
• Total Number of tokens for bounty program and incentivize
  future board members: 5%
• Hard Cap: $4 M

Conclusion

Smart Container represents a real investment opportunity because they already have a working business and product and one may ask since they are offering two tokens at the same time, which one is right to invest? Well I will leave that to your own decision after observing your own due diligence
