For this article I will discuss about DAV once again but this time I will be doing a SWOT analysis on DAV project this will enable us to determine the internal and external factors which can mitigate DAV project from achieving its set objective and goals. For the SWOT analysis I will be discussing on the project Strengths and Weaknesses which are the internal factors that might mitigate the project and the external factors are Opportunities and Threats. Let's get started...

Strength

Opportunities

• Untapped Decentralized Transport Market: DAV been the first ever decentralized transport service provider has a very huge market to tap as many people will seek to use the platform to join the multibillion industry to offers services at a reduced cost.

• Exchange Listing Announced with HitBTC: DAV will be listed on HitBTC one of the top exchanges in the crypto space ten days after the ICO ends and this serves as a big opportunity for more people to adopt the platform because of the liquidity

Threats

• Mass Adoption: One of the major threat of the project is the mass adoption, many people still shy away from adopting crypto currency because of the risky involved in the use of crypto currency and this might be a big challenge for the project in the meantime.

• Regulation: Regulation is also one of the challenges the project might face because most countries are still playing hide and seek game on crypto currency while some have come out to ban the use of crypto currency, other have adopted it and if more countries should ban the use of crypto currency then it will affect the project adaption and use.

Conclusion

With the above SWOT analysis it is clear that the project Strengths outweighed the Weaknesses and the Opportunities the project presents is far more than the Threats it faces.
