INTRODUCTION
The introduction of blockchain ecosystem has brought about innovation into virtually all sectors of the world economy. The major players in each sector are now leveraging on the blockchain technology in order to find solutions to challenges. Businesses are now using it to solve their e-commerce payment challenges also. Same also goes to retail stores.

One of the most important factors which can help in increasing sales is human traffic or foot traffic to the retails store. The most challenging thing for most retail stores is how to get customer traffic to their store and also how to make them faithful customers. In making customers becoming a frequent buyer, the best approach to use is the loyalty program approach. This program helps direct customers to the retail store frequently because most loyalty programs come with rewards. Most loyalty programs existing are faced with lots of challenges some of which are:

• Most customers don’t even know the economic worth of their loyalty points: This reason most of the customers seem not to bother themselves with such.

• Inability to transfer the reward: Most of the merchants don’t give customers the opportunity to transfer the loyalty program to those that might have an interest in using it.

These and many more challenges are facing most of the loyalty programs making it a bit difficult for merchants to increase foot traffic and thereby sales are not improved. With the help of blockchain technology and IoT, MOZO Team is presenting new and better ways of increasing foot traffic and attracting customers. MOZO uses smart contract in setting up a contract connection between the cellphone of the retailer and the cellphone of the customers. With this process, the phones of the two parties can acknowledge and process transactions. MOZO develop its token which is to be used on the platform. This token will be used in rewarding customers for downloading the MOZO App and also for discovering and purchasing new products.
