I was just looking at the list you provided yesterday.
Some of the accounts are still powering down and the rest seem to have been able to transfer most to exchanges and appear to have access to whatever is still there.
Are you aware of any that have actually been frozen?
All of them are frozen. Their powerdowns are still active, but they can't change where they are withdrawing to or transfer any funds anymore. @darthknight accidentally set his account to powerdown to the fake account @bittrix and now those funds will be lost since he can't correct it because his account is frozen.
