Why Blacks are a failure?
Just give me a single country, state, city, neighbourhood or community with Blacks majority and you'll realize the place is a failure (financially and socially). I know there is blacks that are good citizens but why are they an exception?
Blacks can't answer that question since they respond with insults or with answers that have nothing to do with facts, like "your racist", "you're ignorant", "because white's fault".
Since this is a place for intelligent discussion without censorship, I'm hoping to get real answers.

Sociologist here. This is a very complicated issue with deep historical context. First of all, I will challenge you to provide examples of the failed communities you speak of and we can discuss specifically the issues and challenges they face.
I'll also try to provide a more generalized answer. Essentially African Americans were violently abducted from their homes and illegally traded into a North American society/economy where they were literally treated as sub-human commodities. This was the violent beginning to over 400 years of disenfranchisement and marginalization in the society we now share. I don't have time right now to provide a full history, nor am I qualified to do so, but I'll provide some good links later when I have time. But briefly, this marginalization is well documented from slavery, to jim crow, to the rise of the ghetto. Even today, African American families are bringing children into a world where they are far more likely to be incarcerated, to receive longer harsher sentences when they are making them less competitive in the job market, and more likely to be shot by police. American ghettos are places that society has forgotten. Unless you grew up in one, you can't imagine a reality where you're systematically denied resources to go to college, or finish high school, or find a job, while society is constantly barraging you with propaganda which informs you that you'll never succeed because you're lazy, you're incompetent, you're corrupt, all while you live a day-to-day life which forces you to navigate dangerous and extremely high stress situations on a regular basis.
I know plenty of African Americans (and Africans) who are highly successful, highly intelligent, compassionate people. There is nothing inherent in 'being black' which primes you to fail in our society, however there is something inherent in our society which primes African Americans for failure by systematically denying communities resources while militarizing police presence in their communities, and gerrymandering voting districts to silence their political voices (just a few examples). These actions by society at large tend to insure the perpetuation of a dangerous feedback loop where the hellish conditions of the American Ghettos continue to prevail, where African American children are brought up in destitute and violent poverty, in communities which could be compared to 3rd world nations, while white affluent Americans peer into their lives from behind the glass to entertain themselves by publically disparaging and shaming these communities, and perpetuating the socially constructed lie that there is something inherently 'good' and 'just' about whiteness, and something inherently 'bad' and 'evil' about blackness.
Thank you for bringing some context to this thread. Systemic societal racism is the problem. I think Laci Green explains this really well in her "IS RACISM OVER YET?" video. Before desegregation, white America had created ghettoized communities through a process called redlining, which funneled wealth from Federal credit into white communities exclusively. These areas have money to build better schools, infrastructure, and housing.
Redlining can still be seen today, just look at the price of auto insurance for a Detroit resident, a community of 83% black residents. I use a different address for my insurance, because the cost would double if I switched it to my Detroit address.
I also believe that the housing market for an area is still negatively effected by a black resident moving into a predominately white neighborhood.

The idea is to bring an intelligent discussion. You challenged me to provide examples. I already said ALL places with blacks majority. I'm challenging YOU to provide some. In comments below there is some replies mentioning two examples. BVI and Botswana (the latter having a high crime rate so it doesn't count).
You just responded with "white's fault for african americans being in bad situation". I'm comparing africans to any other race or community. Asians are less violent than whites (murder rates) and more intelligent (IQ tests and school/uni exams).
Wish people didn't put blame on others and focused on the problem to find a solution.
Going back to British Virgin Island. Crime rate is below 10 murder deaths for 100,000 which is impressive compared to any other black nation. What makes blacks thrive in BVI? Can it be copied to other places?
I'll give you an example of a very successful black state. The British Virgin Islands - 86% black, a tax haven, and the average salary is similar to that of Britain. Oh and they have low crime too. They're rich, safe and black, and keep voting to continue as a tax haven!

What makes BVI successful? Most British colonies are successful nations.
Is there a recipe that can be copied to other black nations?
Wealth. It is a tax haven - GDP per capita is about $48000. Crime follows poverty. Remove poverty and you remove crime. The British Virgin islanders were smart enough to vote to become a tax haven and continue as a tax haven despite pressure from other countries. In other words, once they focused on their own interests, they were fine.
P.S. the Cayman Islands are similarly rich and safe - but they're majority mixed race (African-White). Cayman Islands GDP per capita is the 14th highest in the world. And it is a no income tax place.
Here's another example of a successful black state: Botswana. Their GDP per capita is similar to Russia's, but they have a fraction of the corruption.

In their first twenty years after independence they didn't even have an army because they thought it was a waste of money. They have a small one now which is used for peace keeping missions. Needless to say they have never been to war.
You earned my first down-vote that wasn't accidental... for apart from many other things, GROSS generalization.
I think you're underestimating the difficulty inherent in escaping poverty. ALL races exhibit the sort of behavior (theft, violence, etc.) you'd expect from a ghetto when most of the populous is poor. Because modern society just happened to disseminate from Europe hundreds of years ago when technology began to advance, it's no wonder whites have had the upper hand for some time.
These advancements, for the most part, were accidental. It had nothing to do with the color of their skin.
