I have no problems so far.
I know that changelly.com sometimes offer SBD and Steem but I am not sure about the rate they are offering as I used only a few times and this is a couple month ago already.
Others are using https://poloniex.com/ but I have read so often that people had problems there I would not really recomned it. I have not used it myself.
https://hitbtc.com/ you apperantly can trade your sbd/steem for BTC also but I dont know it really.

Have used bittrex for 2 years and has full approval.
However, transferring BTC per day is 0.
Is approved for 100 BTC.
Have received a response from Support for a while back and should look further at it with the post open yet .. Takes too long even though they now have more on support.
Have also heard that there may be problems with https://poloniex.com/,
I need to find a backup to use
sucks....
