In the next few days, the BLCA will distribute some of its BEOS stake to pay some bills.

It will pay Terradacs 50,000,000 BEOS a pre agreed to license the software from them.

It will pay Stan 48,432,909.83 BEOS to pay off the first 25% of Stan Larimer's loan of $490,338.15 to BLCA to cover development and legal defense costs. This was computed at the following conversion rates on August 2, 2019.

$0.04508 USD/BTS
$0.05615 BTS/BEOS

The remaining 75% will be paid off in equal installments at market rates over the next three months.

So if you notice some big BEOS movements, now you know why.
