BitShares Core Release 2.0.171019
Today, the BitShares Team, released an updated version of the BitShares Core blockchain software, bumping up to version 2.0.171019.
This release addresses Issue 433
Witnesses are required to upgrade to this release as soon as possible. Seed nodes are recommended to upgrade. Optional for other nodes.

The BitShares Foundation also posted an update related to this incident on Asset Creation Temporarily suspended
Issue 433
This issue addresses a bug where a new asset was created and the fee wasn't paid in CORE assets, the network unexpectedly created an extra amount of CORE assets from nowhere.
The Issue is solved in PR 432, which makes it only possible to pay the fee for asset creations in BTS since block 21,040,000 (Current Block is 21,047,346).
Limiting asset creation fees to BTS will most likely be a short hand fix since a better fix will require a Hardfork.
TODO this code block is a soft fork, remove it after bitshares-core issue #433 is fixed.
