Bittrex Not Allowing Withdrawals of BTS?
I've been trying to withdraw BTS due to the upcoming Peerplays snapshot and the withdrawal has been stuck for several hours.
Anyone else having problems?
I really hope they haven't 'borrowed' all customer funds for the snapshot...
Many coins get stuck on exchanges. I always wondered why! For example I couldn't touch Siacoin on Poloniex last week but when the released the clamps the price went up. So, is it manipulation of some kind?
i think is because everybody whythdraw the bitshares. you will be allright. bittrex has a good reputation
I think their reputation is going to suffer somewhat from this debacle. They have not provided the crypto community with any rationale for delisting BTS... and as such they are violating their own delisting policy.
You can be sure other coin developers are watching this closely - no dev team wants to do business with an exchange that will damage their coins market cap without explanation or reason.

Still having issues, they don't send the confirmation email. Have to cancel and retry over and over. I've gotten a small amount out but they don't seem to be sending the larger transactions. Damn I'm sick of these exchanges. Yes, I use the Bitshares wallet and exchange but liquidity is an issue. What a joke!
WTH happening with these exchanges?
This is why I always keep my BTS within BTS exchange, because it is safe

I had the same problem just keep cancel your withdrawal and try it again till you get a verification email.
i was going to join bittrex but had a problem on application so i sent a message to support tht was weeks ago and i never got an answer - i hope you are ok and the money is safe i am following to see the resolution -D
