Advising everyone to take a hard pass on this and dump its bitcoin with a larger block with MUCH lower mining and security and is not accepted anywhere. Why in the world would it replace bitcoin with such lack of support.
China has a tendency to adopt their own networks - it would not surprise me if all the Chinese support behind it causes a huge spike in demand overtime as BCC overcomes the regular milestones that any growing cryptocurrency does.

Agreed. This should only be a trade for the speculator crowd. Investors should just continue to hold their BTC.
If many people use it , BCH will have more value so more miners will mine it so it will have more security
The benefit of it is lower transaction fees
Still its currecntly only for highly speculative traders who afford to lose
Myself if i had had bitcoins before the fork and got BCH for free i would prefer to take the risk and hold until its price go up
