Is the Death Penalty for Bitcoin and Altcoin Hodlers Coming? A Perfect Storm is Brewing in the USA
Recently Donald Trump called for the death penalty for all drug pushers (does that mean big pharma has to look over its shoulder?). I suspect that in some places of the world this could become a reality. While college students are being socially engineered to magnify a small risk (school shootings), why are they not protesting the loss of life by all the automobiles in the world? This number is many orders of magnitude greater than the number of school shootings. Also, why have they suddenly forgotten about all the police shootings? You’re 8 times more likely to be killed by a cop than a terrorist.
If you’re serious about putting your dangers in perspective, you have to eliminate a narrow focus and avoid emotional knee jerk reactions. The US public is being played like a fiddle, with very predictable outcomes. Notice that these protests are being carried by the mainstream media, but a few years ago, the #Occupy protests were almost universally ignored or downplayed as to how large they were. This is because those protests were against the banking system which was actually one of the few times the public majority opinion was correct. The truth and revolution will not be televised, which means if you see it in the mainstream media, it’s probably not revolutionary.

The larger picture, for those who are not paying attention, is that authority wants all citizens disarmed, not for your safety, but so that they can have dictatorial power over its citizens. There is currently a giant fiscal crisis brewing, kicked down the road after the bail outs of 2009, but to be followed by bail ins during the next bank failure. You think school shootings are bad now? What do you think will happen when everyone gets a 20% haircut on their bank account? Don’t think it can happen? If so, you haven’t been paying attention.
Bankers who run the news media don’t care about you. What they’re doing is broadcasting all these protests because they know they can’t start fixing their financial problems with bail ins without consequences similar to school shootings. In short, they expect bank shootings. George Carlin once said:

That quote was quite prescient because when he said it, guns in church was not yet an issue. I often wonder what he would have said about the current state of the world’s affairs. He took the exit just as the greatest banking heist the world ever saw was taking place and just a few months before Satoshi Nakamoto created the answer to this issue.
One subtle point I’ve noticed about these shootings is that the media often minimizes the reasons for these as being the acts of the crazed mentally ill or some link to terrorism which is also closely linked to some sort of mental imbalance. In no way is such an act ever to be seen as a reaction to something that someone else did wrong. If we look too closely to the real causes, then the agenda for banning guns cannot be achieved.

Right about now, I’m sure that someone is thinking that I’m some sort of gun worshipper thinking that I have a massive stockpile of arms. That isn’t the case at all. In fact, if I thought that it was possible to ban all guns (that means all of them), by disarming all militaries, all police and all criminals, I’d do it in a heartbeat. What you’re not understanding, if you fall on the left in this argument, is that gun control means authority and criminals have a monopoly on force and you’re left defenseless in between these two groups when the shooting starts. No groups need deterrence more than these two groups of psychopaths.
The thing is, criminals don’t obey gun laws. They will always be able to get guns. Some criminals get guns by joining the police academy or the military then laugh on youtube while shooting up family pets for fun.
If they get a ban on all guns (which I think is quite unlikely at this point), then authority will have no fear left of the public. They will march in full draconian mode and strip what little you have left of your liberties. They can then start being completely unreasonable and propose the death penalty for all sorts of crimes. First stop will likely be the hodling of non state owned currency. This is what they're really worried about because bitcoin has the power to bring down the banking system and deliver freedom and equity to the people.
What I’m amazed at is that many people are so easily manipulated by the media. Have I been hardened by a cynicism and deep understanding of human nature? Or do you think I’m being too critical?

Not only are more steep 'Financial Capital Controls' coming to the USA, but also 'Human Capital Controls'. i.e., After the next meltdown & financial reset, the better-off Americans are going to want to leave the country (with their assets); should this occur, there would be no one left to repay the debt (which will still need to be paid by the way). Hence, these people won't be allowed to exit the country at any border or on any outbound international flights. It's coming. My 2 cents...

I'm probably older than your mother. Anarchy has a connotation of youth, but I'm just a couple years away from retirement and can see it being flushed down the drain. That's why I call bitcoin and other crypto's "my social security insurance".

Estimates of deaths from medical screwups in hospitals and doctors offices are between 300K and 600K....depending where it falls on the scale, it is either the biggest killer in the country or, at worse, in the top three with cancer and heart disease.
