🗞 New Stablecoins Backed by Gold and Silver Emerge

Cryptocurrencies do not always carry the label of “legal tender” in most countries. In fact, the number of countries where Bitcoin and altcoins are legal tender can almost be counted on one hand. Quintric is trying to change that by issuing legal cryptocurrencies backed by silver and gold. It is quite an interesting project, although its chances of success are unknown.

🗞 Abra Mobile App Adds 20 New Cryptocurrencies and ‘Stablecoin’ Technology

The peer-to-peer mobile payment service, Abra announced the integration of 20 new cryptocurrencies and 50 fiat currencies into the firm’s app with real-time exchange features. Today the company is rolling out 13 new digital assets and will release the remainder over the next week.

🗞 Survey Says 60% of Square Merchants Are Willing to Accept Bitcoin

According to a recent study of 100 U.S. based merchants that use Square Inc.’s payment technology — a good majority surveyed are open to taking bitcoin as a form of payment. Nomura Instinet surveyed merchants who made at least $100,000 in annual revenue and 60 percent said they would accept bitcoin instead of USD.

🗞 French Regulatory Agency Blacklists 15 Cryptocurrency And Crypto-Asset Websites

The French stock market regulator, The Autorite des Marches Financiers (AMF), announced in a press release that they have added 15 cryptocurrency and crypto-asset investment websites to a blacklist on March 15.

As you can see, we broke all the major support lines and the symbolic resistance line at 2$ just paused the drop.

We are now trying to go back upper of the little support line in blue but yeah it could be only a technical bounce.
Let's see if the support line at 2$ is solid and will hold the drop or if it is just a question of days before a continuation...
