Meh, Pretty unsurprising I'd say. It's like saying George Soros is funding domestic terrorist groups. These kind of behaviors are to be expected from these people. The idiots who sent them money had it coming for believing in these scammers.
I mean look at their videos. If they don't seem like scammers to you, you must be mentally incompetent. When people walk in a path of fraud, they get into more and more severe frauds.

It is hard to say if they will ever take a spill. There was a rat bastard who jumped ship early on Enron and got out with $300 Million and lives the dream in Hawaii now. Some people just skate clean..... you just never know.
I know some people who claim BitConnect a scam and still invest and give away affiliate links with full disclosure that they plan to get out before it all blow up in their faces. I see nothing wrong with that. There are high risk high reward investments. What I can't stand is deception and/or stupidity in investments.
Getting into a ponzi with a clear exit strategy and disclosing that it could blow up while promoting is perfectly acceptable behavior. What I can't stand is the dumb&deceptive parts.
I'm 100% with you on that. When a person is being scammy and deceptive that is when they stepped over the line and lost all my respect.
