I feel like Marty McFly today, made my first BTC Purchase

My First BTC direct Purchase.

I have used BTC to transfer to USD to pay for stuff. However I have always transferred my BTC to USD then made a purchase. Why because almost nothing I buy accepts BitCoin for payment. I also was quite nervous to actually send my BitCoin to a third party due to fear of losing it by accident. However now that I have completed this first purchase I feel far more confident using BTC to pay for things.

All of the BTC I have I earned from Steemit, in fact this Steemit platform introduced me to Crypto Currencies. I really think earning free crypto by using Steemit will help the mainstream people learn to use cryptos because it feels like playing with free money rather than your hard earned paycheck. So thank you to the creators of this Steemit platform because it really brought me into the crypto game.

The FUD (fear uncertainty and doubt) about using crypto to pay for things is artificial and should not exist. The transaction was actually easier than using a debit card, and I was shocked how quickly it went through. It is clear to me that the future of digital currency transactions is the blockchain. It is so much faster than a wire transfer, and so so much easier and there is no BS international exchange rates to worry over. It really is the future.

Now what I bought I will leave to your imagination, lulz but I am pretty sure you can guess based on the screen shot I took. Lolz no it was not a hover board but yes, I will be flying high. I also was granted a 10% discount on my purchase for using BTC to make the buy. So not only was it easier, I saved money by using BTC.

We may not have hover board and flying cars, yet. However we do basically have the future of the financial system already available to use. The future looks like one dominated by crypto currency in my honest opinion.
