That is a classic cup and handle. You are correct, that handle breaks up and it should be extremely powerful.
Right now the handle turned into a channel...it might reside here for a spell while the bulls and bears fight it out.
Either way, a huge breakout to the upside is most likely..it is only a matter of when.
I would be curious, what do you see on the multi year for steem?
I think it'll follow and correlate wiht Bitcoin. SO, once Wave V for BTC is over, then all coins fall for a massive abc correction. Like this:
