I have shopped every exchange to buy coins, and coinbase is the cheapest, and quickest, for using your debit/credit card. It's simple and FAST. The majority of exchanges do not transact with USD, and those that do, are outrageously priced. I buy, and immediately export to whichever exchange I am needed to trade on. I would never use coinbase as a wallet to store coins. Yes, they've obviously become overwhelmed with the crypto currency boom going on, and their customer service is obviously in disarray. But, they are one of the cheapest, and one of the easiest to use. If you know what you're doing, you can be in and out in minutes, with no need to interact with SC. Hopefully one day something better will come along. But for now, buy, and send them elsewhere.. Happy trading! :)
