This is a Game Changer on a colossal scale, if it is true..!!
At the moment this story is unverified, but if it is true, this is a massive Game Changer for ALL Cryptocurrencies on a colossal scale, especially #STEEM, as it allows for the first time MASS ADOPTION of the use of Cryptocurrencies..!!
The exposure for #Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies, should this story be true, would have been unimaginable only a few years ago.
No doubt more of this story will come out over the next 48 hours.

Amazon is always ahead of the game. Ebay has been toying with adding btc as payment method, so Amazon is likely to implement sooner rather than later
I agree Amazon is ahead of the game but not on Bitcoin, for me Bitcoin acceptance is a no brainer for a company like Amazon. I can only think its due to legal issues with Amazon being a US company.
I believe you are right, as Alibaba could equally implement crypto payment ($XRP use was rumored early this fall) but are not so far! Probably making too much fiat to be worried about regulatory suits using crypto

More reasons to buy bitcoin and other crypto like Dash, lite and Ethereum. Its not going anywhere everyone talks about doomsday senerios all the time and in face of all of that the trend has always been upwards.

This is a massive thing for Cryptocurrency if true and if it is, is probably the biggest single news since #Bitcoin was created back in 2009. We have waited 8 years for this news and should it be true it will change the dynamics of Cryptocurrencies over night. This year #Bitcoin, next year #Steem. Imagine what would happen if you could buy stuff off Amazon with #Steem and this advertised on AMAZON. Strap in..!! Stephen

Some would rather be able to shop exclusively with bitcoin and have their own "bank". I definitely see a possibility where crypto enthusiasts and anarchists see less obligation to have fiat on hand (You can buy literally anything in less than half a day on Amazon!)
I definately agree with that .. I guess I personally am just not ready to part with my bitcoin .. I am sure I will get there real soon though :)
I suspect that's because you are happy with the current central bank managed system of fiat currencies and have bitcoin either as a store of value or speculative investment. You don't have bitcoin in order to free yourself from current money control... have I assumed correctly?
Actually total opposite - I don't trust the banking system at all!!!!! I think for me right now it is a mindset that I am totally working to get over this stuck mindset .. the speculative investment is where I am as far as mindset but again, I am working thru this barrier - I do hope that bitcoin one day frees us all from the current money control ..
