I haven't heard that before, but it wouldn't surprise me. Most technological breakthroughs nowadays seem to come from government or government funded sources.

yeah i think that's the one. Blair is a member.Anyway, they've shown something like mind control or mind altering stuff that cures trauma or something. That was disturbing too.
Pretty soon the word disturbing will be redundant. So many things in the world right now fit that description, but eventually, this will be so normal that we won't even be effected by it anymore. If we allow that to happen, then all is lost..
The world is waking up..that's something to be hopeful for.
