I put the transfer 20 mins before the end of a bidding round.
The next transfer was 40mins later 10mins into the next.
The bidding voting period before went out at 19:55 I sent a transfer at 22:20 20mins before the bidding window closed as you state each bidding period to last 2.4hours but the next votes came out 00:53 2 hours later than the bidding period
