JPMorgan buys Bitcoin, although CEO Jamie Dimon calls Bitcoin a fraud
JPMorgan appears on the Swedish Stock Exchange Nordnet as a Major Bitcoin Investor, only a short time later, after the CEO of JPMorgan called Bitcoin a fraud and the course was on a downward slide.
Jamie Dimon, CEO of the investment bank JPMorgan, did not leave a good hair on Bitcoin earlier this week. He described Bitcoin as "Fraud" and compared it to the well-known from 17th century tulip bubble. In addition to the bad news from China, this statement reinforced the bitcoin and cryptocurrency slump of the past few days.
It is interesting to note on the stock exchange's website Nordnet that JPMorgan is one of the 5 biggest Bitcoin buyers - shortly after CEO Jamie Dimon sent the share prices to the basement. On Twitter, the user "I am Nomad" had called attention to JPMorgan's Bitcoin order.
As can be seen in the table of market statistics, JPMorgan is among the largest net investors who bought Bitcoin this week on the Swedish stock exchange (Mest köpt = bought the most).
