Why Bitcoin Cash is Overvalued
In the following chart a comparison of Bitcoin (blue) and Bitcoin Cash (orange) is shown.
The solid lines are the transaction volume per day in billion dollars and the dashed lines are the ratio of transaction volume per day to market capitalization in percent.
In my opinion bitcoin cash is totaly overvalued due to the low ratio of transaction volume to market cap. Bitcoin cash has a value between 4 and 6% while bitcoin has a value between 12 and 14%. In the long term transaction volume of Bitcoin Cash must increase otherwise it will disappear into oblivion.
For me this ratio is a key factor of the potential of a currency. What do you mean?
