Good news! The bitcoin fork bonanza isn't over yet. Bitcoin is forking for the fourth time and this is one in a lifetime opportunity for those who missed the early craze.

Block 499,999

The new project Lightning Bitcoin (LBTC) will fork at block 499,999 which is projected to occur around Christmas time. The project aims to make Bitcoin transfers as fast as lightning which maxes out at 24 million transactions a day - a far cry from the current processing rate of bitcoin core of 25,000 per day. By way of comparison, Paypal processes around 300 million transactions per day.

Hark fork is not only a source of billions of new currency created out of thin air, but it's also an easy way of sourcing funds (Initial Fork Offerings) and at the same time avoiding hefty listing and advertising costs.

Bitcoin Is Dominating the Crypto World - Literally

There are now 4 bitcoins flooding the market, 3 of which are in the top 6 in terms of market cap. With a total market cap of $225 billion, bitcoin4 capture 72% of the total $310 billion crypto cap.

With the forking of another coin which could potentially land in the top 10, that's another market share up for grabs for bitcoin and its siblings or children depending on how you look at it. Well quite frankly, it's a blue ocean being created by the bitcoin forks and there is no cannibalization happening in the market. At least not yet which is amazing!
