Diar Report: Transaction Fee at BTC has dropped to 2014 levels!

According to a new report published by the Diar analytical company on February 11, commission fees in the BTC network are at multi-year lows.

It is worth noting that in January, the volume of BTC transactions reached an annual maximum, almost equaling the level recorded in 2017. At the same time, the average value of the transaction in BTC fell. As reported by Diar, the average value of the BTC commission fell to the level of 2014:

• The average commission is at levels that have not been observed since 2015, despite the fact that the total monthly volume of BTC moved within the chain is at higher levels than during most of 2018.

BTC commissions fell to 2014 levels, and the average translation value decreases.

Last month, Diar analysts reported that crypto exchanges closed 2018 with “record trading volumes”, and, for example, the total trading volume on Coinbase’s dollar markets increased by 21% in 2018 (compared to 2017).

However, last week, the Diar report noted that since the beginning of the year, trading volumes on the crypto exchanges fell to new lows, which were last recorded in 2017. This period was the worst for the world's leading crypto exchange Binance, the volume of trading on its BTC / USD market declined by more than 40% compared with December 2018.
