Bitcoin is a digital currency as we know it. So it can not be provided physically. The shelter built by Xapo is equipped with security measures and specially coded servers. Also, the location of this sanctuary is unknown. So even the best hackers in the world are blocked.
Carlos Rienzi, Xapo's chief security officer, says that there are all kinds of means of defense for cyber attacks, and that there are defense forces against terrorist attacks to be made here, except for the cyber attacks.
