Yes, now is the time to buy XRP while it is low. I am confident that in the next two to three years it will be over $10. It may not ever be big as BTC or ETH, but buying at $0.27 and selling at $10 will still net a very good profit.

I predicted LTC a while back would run to almost 50, the same reasoning tells me that Ripple will be next. I have noticed the bigger cryptos take turns, while others rest. LTC was resting until yesterday, and Ripple is still resting.
