Yahoo Finance: 56% of investors believe that Bitcoin is overvalued

On the Yahoo Finance portal conducted a survey among investors on how they relate to bitcoin. The survey involved 6 300 readers.

So, the questions and the results:

Have you bought bitcoin?

23% of respondents said that they bought bitcoins, more than half of them started to buy them from the beginning of 2017, and 20% still own them.

You are making or losing money?

71% of those who bought bitcoin, said that it earned, 8% have lost their money. The average profit is$ 3000 and the net loss is$500.

About 25% of the buyers of bitcoin said that this investment changed their lives. They were richer and they had more free money. Approximately 12% of this group said that earned enough to quit my job.

15% of those who already own BTC think I bought enough, and 56% plan to buy another.

56% said that bitcoin is now overrated. However, so are those who are not planning to buy cryptocurrency. Among those who thought about buying bitcoins, so I think only 15%.

Why you buy bitcoin?

4% said that they bought primarily for BTC purchases. 53% bought bitcoin solely for investment purposes, 37% believe bitcoin and investment, and means of payment.

How do you see the future of bitcoin?

Almost all investors doubt the long term viability of bitcoin. 36% believe that in 10 years bitcoin will exist. 34% do not believe that cryptocurrency will last so long, and the rest were undecided on this question.
