What a shame. I thought they were the ones that replied and gave awesome customer service. I have had bad experience with coinbase. No replies as well over there. This industry needs to get their stuff together if they ever want to go mainstream.

    I have never had any problems with Bitfinex with respect to support, they have always been very prompt.
