WTF!!! Blockchains will ultimately be privately managed by enterprises

At last week’s Consensus: Invest conference in Manhattan, some of the greatest minds in asset management came together to talk cryptocurrency. On a “Bulls and Bears” panel, Raoul Pal of the Real Vision financial news network repeated a favorite saw of today’s more informed bears – that while blockchain database security is a revolutionary technology, those blockchains will ultimately be privately managed by enterprises. That would eventually drive the value of public blockchains like Bitcoin to zero.

Nice post! I upvoted and followed you. Can you check my last blog post about crypto: https://steemit.com/cryptocurrency/@cryptoizotx/crypto-market-sentiment-update-december-4-2017 ?

The bitcoin is worth what it is I think is because of its long term decentralized status. Being the oldest coined and mined by people all over the world the demand is there and accepted by all. Hard to see bitcoin fall apart in value unless the whole crypto space craps out.

I believe Jamie Dimon has admitted using blockchain inside JP Morgan so it is already happening. The data they put on to the blockchain is likely valuable information within the company. Blockchain can be used in so many different ways I would not be surprise bitcoin continues its run even if enterprise create their own.

Yeah but the blockchain Dimon would use would have nothing to do with Bitcoin.. Also you are basing your assumption on Bitcoin really being decentralized which it is actually not...
