This is a start-up website, and well, it does what the title of this post says. The main thing I imagine people would be curious about is what the website has to gain from giving away small amounts of cryptocurrency, so here's their section from their FAQs on that:

How do you make money and how can you give away coins for free?
We realize that our business model isn't immediately apparent if you look at the website right now. However, rest assured that we have a comprehensive business plan.
The primary objective of step one is to educate people about crypto-currencies and make it easy for people to get started. Simply sign-up, start receiving coins and learn more about bitcoin. In other words, "Educate and Facilitate". Step one was the multi-coin faucet where we give coins away for free every day. Step two was the launch of a complete multi-currency online wallet where you (will continue to) receive free coins every 24 hours.
In the coming weeks (and months) additional functionality will be added to the website that will provide us with the necessary revenue streams. Until that time (and after that) we're backed by private investors.
Somehow promises like this make me extremely wary that there is a scam involved....

I hear you man, free cryptos every day does sound sketchy. It gave me pause when I heard about it too. But it is just a little, and they say they have a business model yet to implement, so I have decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. The only personal info they required was an email address, so I don't see the potential for a scam.
Many websites suffer from cold-start problems -- perhaps this is their way of getting around that, and this is the chance to get in on the ground floor? ...Or perhaps it will suck and go bust! But the currency is added to your profile every day automatically, so it's no trouble to rack up.
Worst case scenario, they go bust and you wasted 30 seconds of your day by signing up. :)
