First, let's look over the contracts that have opened:

There are three set contracts and one custom contract which you can self-configure, but we'll be going over these three. One of the first things to notice is that this is open-ended (lifetime) mining. This means that there's no set end to the mining; it'll continue forever as long as it's profitable, meaning as long as the revenue from mining is greater than Genesis Mining's maintenance fees.

The second thing is that these are pre-sale contracts. Generally, these contracts are very limited and go out really fast due to extended demand. I highly recommend you get in on them ASAP. Because of the limited capacity and high demand, their estimated lunch is at the end of October, and there are no refunds.

The current maintenance fee is around $0.00028 daily per GH/s you buy. For example, if you buy their $30 200GH/s contract, you can expect to pay about six cents daily for maintenance, however the payouts generally will greatly exceed this fee. Remember that if the payouts start to go under the fee, the mining will be terminated, but unless that happens it's lifetime mining!

Hashflare, another mining provider, recently announced a change to all lifetime contracts making them one-year. Genesis still supports lifetime contracts and has a lot of customers/demand, so I strongly believe in their services.
