Is there is a chance that Bitcoin will be 20 000$ again?

Tom Lee the CEO of the analytical company Fundstrat Global Advisors not so long wrote an article where he suggested that it is the best time to buy a BTC.
“The mood in crypto is terrible right now” – Tom Lee wrote in a note on Wednesday as reported by Bloomberg. Everyone is worried because there was a really big fall from the beginning of the year but Tom is positive about the future. He suggest to buy know when the price is relatively low. He said that there are a few moments when you can buy BTC on the relatively low price. Tom is not alone. LDJ Capital founder and chairman David Drake went on record, saying that “Bitcoin will be worth $30,000 at the year end.” (source: http://bitcoinist.com/bitcoin-will-be-worth-30000-at-the-year-end-says-ldj-capitals-david-drake/).
