In Dubai and now Turkey you can buy a property using Bitcoin
First was Dubai that announced a new project where it would be possible for bitcoin owners to buy an actual real estate.
Now Turkey is following their footsteps also.
The owner of MiaVita Beytepe project in Ankara, Turkey, is announcing that it would be possible to buy luxury apartments using Bitcoin.
It would be the first transaction of that nature in Turkey, to buy an actual real estate using cryptocurrency.
The project Manager Erdal Daldaban stated that they recognize the value of the cryptocurrencies and that they no longer could be ignored. Projects like this draw attention to Turkish investors and they understand customers needs, so they will make it happen.
Erdal Daldaban also stated that the cryptocurencies is independent of monetary system and policies, and had no business with any central bank.
So that be stated, I really see the opportunity window here and how it could be beneficial.
It is not legally accepted and so it doesn't regulate with fees and such.
So really the Bitcoin is the smart way to build your wealth in the future.
And I expect to see a lot more of similar things like this.
